Link ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP-compatible agent to Havers ENT. Choose the public server for general info or the admin server for internal operations.

Public MCP server
No sign-in required. Great for fans, artists, and press. Exposes upcoming events, festival lineup, active merch catalog with remaining stock, contact info, and artist onboarding steps. No orders, buyers, tickets, or financial data.

Admin MCP server
Sign-in required. Only approved Havers ENT admins can connect. Exposes ticket and merch orders (with amounts), issued tickets, product catalog, inventory on hand, and revenue totals. Read-only — assistants cannot create, edit, or delete anything.

ChatGPT
Connect the Havers ENT MCP server to ChatGPT.
  1. Open Advanced connectors and enable Developer mode.
  2. In the chat composer, turn on Developer mode.
  3. Click "Add sources", then "Connect more".
  4. Name the connector and paste the MCP URL above.
  5. Ask ChatGPT to use Havers ENT.
Claude
Connect the Havers ENT MCP server to Claude.
  1. Open Claude connectors .
  2. Name the connector and paste the MCP URL above.
  3. Enable the connector from the chat composer.

Refresh after app changes
AI assistants cache the tool list. After the app is updated, refresh the connector to pick up the latest tools.

  1. Open the app preferences for this connector.
  2. Next to "Information", click "Refresh".
  3. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL above.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use the app.

Claude

  1. Open the Connectors page and select this connector.
  2. Refresh or update the connector's tools.

Public server: anyone on the internet with the URL can call it and read the public info listed above. It never returns orders, buyers, tickets, or financials.

Admin server: only approved Havers ENT admins can connect. Includes financial data (order amounts, revenue totals, inventory). Read-only — assistants cannot create, edit, or delete anything.
